[Rcpp-devel] Including Rcpp.h before intrusive wrapping

I noticed belatedly that some of my code implements intrusive as-wrap after
including Rcpp.h. It appears to have no effect. Is it still a requirement
to define these before including Rcpp.h? Curious.
