[Rcpp-devel] Rcpp modules take 3, now with a vignette

Davor,
Rcpp modules currently does not handle enum types, but Boost.Python
does, so I suppose we could have similar syntax.

This is not high on my priority list, but if you want to prepare some
patch, I'll look into it.
