[Rcpp-devel] unit tests are boring but good

I'm done with conversions of the files : external_pointer.r,
RcppSexpTests.r and UncaughtExceptions.r into RUnit unit tests.

No wonder people are lazy to provide them, this is a really boring task.

On the + side, it helped catching a mistake in the code where an 
exception was created but not thrown, so it was worth it.

I will not convert the other examples for now.
