[RQt-devel] Qt mingw 32/64 bit installers coming with 5.1

Hi guys,

Looks like Nokia is planning on finally offering installers for MinGW-64
binaries (which is what we need for interaction with R). These will come
with Qt 5.1, to be released mid-April. At that point, I can ask Uwe to get
things compiled for Windows on CRAN.
