[RQt-devel] How to control a scroll bar from command line?

Hi

I came across a problem, when I zoom in a view by using view$scale(), it end
up with a vertical or horizontal scroll bar, so my question is that, how to
move this viewport to a specific spot on the view without using the mouse
and keep the same scale. I mean is there a convenient way to control the
scroll view directly from command line, I tried centenOn() on the view
object, it doesn't work, looks like the center of the view never moved and
only the viewport visible window is changed.
