[RQt-devel] qtinterfaces for Windows?

Hi developers,

It seems that qtinterfaces for Windows have been "abandoned" for a
long time... There is a README.Windows file under ./qtbase/src but the
instructions are no longer valid (e.g. the 'qviz.pro.win' file is not
there). Any hints on building qtinterfaces under Windows? Thanks!
