[pomp-announce] pomp version 0.41-3 released

Dear pomp users,

Yesterday, I submitted version pomp 0.41-3 to CRAN.  Source code and binaries 
should become available on the mirrors over the next few days.  This release 
fixes a bug in 0.41-1 and has speeded-up computation of deterministic 
trajectories for continuous-time systems.
