[pomp-announce] pomp version 0.39-2 released

Dear pomp users,

I've just submitted version pomp 0.39-2 to CRAN.  Source code and binaries should become available on the mirrors over the next few days.  This is a feature upgrade and bug fix release.  
Specifically, the 'plot' method for 'pomp' objects has been improved and some relatively obscure bugs have been fixed.  See the package NEWS and ChangeLog files for details.
