[Phylobase-devl] namespace

Hi devs,

I recently committed a NAMESPACE file. Let me know if it causes any 
issues. I don't expect problems, but if something about it is getting in 
your way, a short-term local fix is to move it aside (e.g., rename it), 
then swap which code blocks are commented out in zzz.R.

I explicitly included (or tried to, at least) all currently defined 
methods and functions, though commenting out the ones that I'm guessing 
we don't want to export. For the sake of tidiness, I imagine these 
should be removed altogether from the NAMESPACE file before the release, 
but I wanted to make sure we have consensus before going too crazy with 
the delete key.
