[Phylobase-devl] node retrieval

   A quick question for everyone (I almost said, "for y'all", I
guess I've lived in Florida a little too long ...)

    right now we have

getNodeByLabel (returns node numbers corresponding
to node labels)

  and

  getLabelByNode (returns node labels corresponding
to node numbers)

   How about:

  getnode(phy,x)  which returns a named vector of node numbers;
if x is an integer, it matches by number, while if x is
a character, it matches by name?

   ?
  (This decision should I think be orthogonal to the question
of how we number and label nodes ...)
