[Phylobase-devl] a latest version?

Hi,

I have installed phylobase package into mac and linux. Two packages  
may be different as I have heard. I want to know which one is latest  
and I should use.

One version (mac) has allAncest and another version (linux) has  
ancestors. Both claim that they are version 0.3 in the R  
documentation. I guess that linux version seems to be more up-to-date.  
I want to use one of them for future.
