Hi Ari~

Alter the following line:

model <- as.numeric(unlist(OUwie(sim10[[i]], data, model = c("OUM"), simmap.tree = TRUE)))

to:

model<-OUwie(sim10[[i]], data, model = c("OUM"), simmap.tree = TRUE))

Now to obtain the MLE of theta you would do:

model$theta[1,]

That should work.
