A new version of the NMOF package is available from

Thanks to 'Win Builder' (http://win-builder.r-project.org/) there 
is also a Windows binary available.

  o updates in documentation and vignettes

  o argument 'offset' in 'ytm' can be a vector (that worked before as
    well, but is now documented)
