[NMOF-news] NMOF 0.28-2 released

  o vignettes are now all placed in vignettes, again [see NEWS entries
    v0.27-5 (2013-04-26) and v0.26-0 (2012-09-19)]; small changes in
    vignettes


This is a minor release, with internal changes only.  To get the new
version, type

  install.packages('NMOF', repos = 'http://enricoschumann.net/R')

within an R session.  (Source version and Windows binaries are
available, but no Mac binaries.)
