[NMOF-news] book website/code examples available

A preliminary version of the book's website is now available under 
http://nmof.net . Most importantly, all the code examples given in the 
book can be downloaded from this website. The site will also inform 
about other news regarding the book; any code updates (and the 
inevitable errata list) will be posted there, too. (Important updates to 
http://nmof.net will also be announced on this mailing list.)
