[Ndvits-commits] NDVITS TimeSeriesAnalysis shape file

Dear all,

When we need to run NDVITS TimeSeriesAnalysis it is required to provide a
shape file which is mentioned as name of the shape/kml file with
multi-points or polygons from where time series are extracted.
My question is how we can obtain this shape file for example if we have
some Geotiff raster file for some location.
