[MonetDB.R] New MonetDB.R Version

Hello MonetDB.R enthusiasts,

After struggling with getting the package to properly work with huge 
query results on Windows, I went the "simple" way and  implemented a new 
socket layer for the package. As of today, this runs fine in my tests on 
both Linux and Windows. However, before releasing it to the wild, I'd 
like to see some more testing.

I have made a pre-release package available online [1](SVN Revision 
112). Please test the new version if you have time and report bugs to me.
