[Metrology-devel] Minor update - 0.9-05

A minor update; I found I wanted to add some points with different CI's 
to a kplot, and that proved tedious by hand, so I've added a 'kpoints' 
function to add points with CIs to an existing kplot. kpoints() many of 
the same arguments as kplot itself.

A build for R 2.12.2 is available at sourceforge; R-forge has, I find, 
started building for R 2.13.0; builds take a day or so to catch up.
To install from R-forge for the current version of R, use
install.packages("metRology", repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org")
from inside R.
