[Ipmpack-users] survival and growth objects incorporating a random effect

Hi Christie!
I don't think there are any MakeGrowthObj and MakeSurvObj specifically
for mixed effects models. But you can easily coerce the coef's (fixef or
coefs for the random groups) into the lm/glm-based objects from IPMpack.
Just make 'templates' of the same fixed effect structure as in your
mixed effects models, and then overwrite the lm/glm-coefs with your
values (in the growthObj also sigma can be changed). I think for survObj
and growthObj there's coerce-functions written in IPMpack, but for
clonalObj or fecObj you need to do it "manually".
Cheers,
Joachim
