[Ipmpack-users] Overdispersion in fecundity object

Hi IPMPack users,


I have a problem with overdispersion in my fecundity object. Especifically in the Poisson model:

fec1~size. I solved the problem using a negative binomial distribution with glm.nb .


My problem is how to incorporate this model into the fecundity object in IPMPack. I am aware we can use the families included in the library(stats), but negative binomial (glm.nb) is in the library(MASS).


Is there a way to do it?
