Hi Ivan et al, I created 1000 populations using bootstrapping of the original individual-based data, and then used IPM pack as a function to calculate lambda of each one of these populations. I then used selected the values for upper and lower 95% CI’s using the procedure for bias-corrected confidence intervals In Caswell’s second edition.
If you need additional help, let me know via email and I can point you in the direction of the code, which will soon be on Github for all to use.
