[Ipmpack-users] section 8 - vignette

Hello all, we are trying to implement the procedure in section 8 of the vignette with no luck.  We try to run the code as written, we get this output:


tmp <- optim(c(1, 1, 1), wrapSaturate, dataf = dff, method = "Nelder-Mead")

Error in +u <- exp(pmin(pars[1] + pars[2] * size, 50)) :
  object 'u' not found

> tmp
Error: object 'tmp' not found
>


I am sure we are forgetting to do something painfully obvious.  Could a user of the list point us in the right direction?  Thanks for any insights.
