Hey Keith nice to hear from you! On my side, I haven't touched inlinedocs
since the article's publication and it has been working fine for me. In
fact I just used it to generate the documentation for a new fast regular
expression package that I am using to extract data from a weird file format
at my new job in the McGill University human genetics department (Montreal,
Canada).

Thanks for your detailed analysis. I added the exact=TRUE as you suggested,
and it passed the package checks.
