HI Govianni,
You are right with the contour lines. I inadvertendly introduced that when I changed the default panel function for levelplot: the new panel.levelplot.grid is usually much faster than the old one but it doesn't do the contour lines. So you need to switch back to the old panel funciton.
This works for me, please confirm:
plot (flu, "mat", contour = TRUE, panel = panel.levelplot)

Hi Claudia,
how are you? I am writing because I have a problem with hyperSpec, I
had to install R - RStudio and HyperSpec on another pc and now when I
plot something i cannot plot contours, the command line is:
plotmap(spc[,,2800~3000],contour = TRUE,col = "Black",cuts=20,
main="Ct-K1_1_Lipids") for example. My R-Studio is 0.94.110,
