[genoPlotR-help] adding contigs to the gene comparison

Hi,

I am using genoplotR to plot arrow comparisons for four genomes. One is
type strain complete sequence and the other 3 are draft genomes, therefore,
they are in contigs. The genes of interest reside in different contigs in
my draft genomes. Here is an example for one of the genomes below. As you
can see some genes are overlapping positions if we dont consider the
contigs. Can you help me how to add contigs into my figures? I have also
attached a comparison map to the type strain. Thank you for your help,
