Sorry for my late answer. 
Depends what kind of help you need, my resources being limited. I can't draw the figures for you, but I can help you some problems you meet along the way. You can get a gentle start by following the examples in the vignette of the package (http://genoplotr.r-forge.r-project.org/vignette.php). In general, genoPlotR is able to work with genbank files as input, so annotations should come along relatively painless. 

If you feel that it's worth spending half a day improving your knowledge of R, I would recommend "R for beginners" by Emmanuel Paradis (see here: http://cran.r-project.org/other-docs.html) (exists in French too ;))
