[GenABEL-dev] Disabling the mailing lists

Dear GenABEL community,

This e-mail is following up on our announcement [1,2] earlier this year
about the discontinuation of the GenABEL project. Unfortunately no one
has stepped forward offering to fund or take over the GenABEL project.

Consequently, I am now taking further steps to discontinue the project.
The first step is to disable the GenABEL mailing lists (devel, announce,
commits) [3]. It doesn't seem possible to disable the list while still
keeping the archives. Because I think the archives may contain useful
information I have made subscribing and sending to the lists as
difficult as possible. New mail sent to the lists will be automatically
discarded, effectively disabling them.

Best regards,

Lennart.
