[GenABEL-dev] ProbABEL and filevector source code moved to Github

Dear list,

Following in the footsteps of OmicABEL and OmicABELnoMM, ProbABEL and
filevector have now also moved to Github [1,2].

Migrating filevector was easy, but given our unusual SVN repo layout (in
terms of branches and tags with ProbABEL and filevector subdirectories)
migrating ProbABEL cost me several days of trial and error. I'm glad
it's done now :-). For those interested in how I finally managed to do
it, I've documented all my steps and I plan to convert them into a blog
post. Once that's published I'll let the list know.

One thing I had to 'fix' is the fact that we had a symlink to the
filevector fvlib directory, which won't work anymore because the two
projects are split on Github. In commit 7dedee0 I simply copied the
fvlib directory from the filevector v1.0.1 tag. This should be ok for
now. If filevector receives new updates, those need to be ported manually.

The remaining open bugs (1 for filevector and 2 for ProbABEL) and
feature requests (8 for ProbABEL) have been migrated to Github.

The code in SVN has been removed in commits r2022 (ProbABEL) and r2021
(filevector) and replaced with a README file pointing to the Github pages.
