Hi Maksim,

Just to make sure - the RUnit tests are not part of the CRAN tests for any of our packages, so in that we do want them to be OK, but the requirement for the CRAN are less strict (basically the package made with makedistrib_GenABEL.sh should pass the checks). This SH strips down a number of things, including RUnit tests (this was requested by CRAN at some stage). For a number of releases, one of the RUnit tests (related to the iterator) fails, but this does not affect the CRAN submission.
