You are right, Maarten, it is the browser (and not Drupal) cache.

Very stupid of me!

The funny thing was that I did test from my phone - and it also gave me old
version. So I must have had it in my phone cache as well.

I am going to add "GenABEL developers" as copyright holders from 2013,
compile new version, and then fix the link - will be there in 10-20 minutes
from now.

We still need to address the problem with html, but that comes next :) And
next we can proudly announce "self-contained tutorial" :)
