[GenABEL-dev] svn tutorial to www.genabel.org

Hi Yurii,

The quick and easy thing to do is to at least upload the PDF version, of
course. I think we should do that asap (based on the version in SVN).

As the the HTML, I may have done that once when we just set up Drupal,
but I'm not sure. It would take me some time to figure it out again. If
Anatolij could help us out that would be great!
