[GenABEL-dev] introducing Sodbo

Dear All,

Let me introduce Mr. Sodbo Sharapov to the list.

Sodbo is doing Master's in Biology at the Novosibirsk State University
(Russia) under my supervision. In relation to GenABEL, he works together
with Diego, Paolo and me on the OmicABEL package. Keeping in mind this
specific aim, I have added Sodbo to the list of committers.
