[GenABEL-dev] time to announce SVN tutorial?

Hi Yurii,

Sounds good. The only thing I would change is the word "code" to
"source" or "source material".
Oh, and in the last line: "this problems" -> "these problems".


Should we mention that the document is written in LaTeX? We could write
that it is a simple plain text format so that fixing things like
spelling mistakes is easy and doesn't really require any LaTeX knowledge.
