[GenABEL-dev] time to announce SVN tutorial?

Hi Yurii,
I think that's a wonderful idea and a milestone for the project! The
tutorial has always been a strong point of the GenABEL courses.
Maybe also add a short paragraph that encourages people to submit
corrections (I would also include a link to the R-forge SVN web interface).
