[GenABEL-dev] GenABEL tutorials to SVN - figures

I just had good news from Elsever: they are ok that we publish the text
(this concerns chapter "GWA analysis in presence of stratification:
theory") on the web at 0 costs.
Will put the text back into tutorial as soon as I get time for that.
