Dear all, while responding today in the forum about a ProbABEL error on the forum, I realized that probably 90% of the 1000G posts are about the "long allele" issue. Since I'm sure that actually solving it in the software is probably complex, could we insert a warning about it? I think that this would help a lot of users. Best Nicola
