[GenABEL-dev] OmicA data type check?

Dear Diego,

In OmicA, can we check for the data type prior to the run and issue an
warning in case we have eg float and not double? To me it looks that it
must be relatively easy, because file vector format explicitly tells the
data type. May save quite some trouble for the user, as we can see from our
current experience...
