[GenABEL-dev] export.plink bug: should we change the default?

Dear All,

I have managed to have a direct link to forum introduce to primary menu

I have also changed the order of primary links (also based on access stats).

BTW, latest numbers are that we are getting about 2k visitors per month, of
which about 50% are new visits
