[GenABEL-dev] Preparing for release of ProbABEL v0.2.1

Dear all,

I am preparing for the release of ProbABEL v0.2.1. I expect this release
to be out in one or two weeks.

The most significant updates are:

* Fixed bug #2295: the inverse variance-covariance matrix (used with
the --mmscore option) was incorrectly subsetted when NAs are present
for one or more SNP dosages (so this is not an issue for people using
imputed data). As a result the invvarmatrix that was actually used in
the regression contained rows and columns of zeroes. Thanks to Maarten
Kooyman for reporting this bug.
* probabel.pl and probabel_config.cfg now accept multiple occurences
of _._chr_._ in the path (thanks to Marijn Verkerk)
* probabel.pl and probabe_config.cfg now accept _._chunk_._ delimiters
as wellfor those who have their imputed data split up in chunks.


If you have any patches/additions that you would like to have in this
release, now is the time to drop me a line (or commit them if you have
access).
And if you are willing to test the new release: by all means, go ahead
and let me know what you find.
