[GenABEL-dev] The GenABEL suite and AutoMM

Dear Yurii and others,
That sounds like a great opportunity! This can maybe help us out with
the lipidomics data we have in our group, and maybe later also with
results from expression studies...
Could you already share some details about AutoMM? Which programming
language was used (C/C++ I assume)? Which (af any) dependencies does it
have? Any idea as to when we can expect to see AutoMM "in person"?
Something that also comes to mind is how are we going to integrate
AutoMM into the family? For example, in terms of input and output file
formats, options (option names) etc.
As to the license, I'm glad to see that an open source license was
chosen for the project!
