[GenABEL-dev] The GenABEL suite and AutoMM

Dear All,

I would like to inform you about the AutoMM software project. Together with
Diego Fabregat-Traver and prof. Paolo Bientinesi (who are the main
contributors) we worked on speeding up the mixed-model based analysis
(similar to what MixABEL::GWFGLS and GenABEL::mmscore), but also
specifically tailored to the analysis of multiple traits (e.g. 'omics'
data). The software is going to be released under LGPL.

Given shared scope and compatible license, we thought that it may be good
to distribute AutoMM as part of the GenABEL project - both for AutoMM and
for the GenABEL project.
