[GenABEL-dev] introducing Yakov

Dear Yakov,

Welcome aboard!


At the same time, let me introcude Maarten Kooyman. Last week I added
him to the list of commiters. Maarten volunteered to work with me on
ProbABEL. He has quite some experience developing software for
bioinformatics and he is working on makeing the ProbABEL code easier to
maintain.
