[GenABEL-dev] Time for a subforum?

Hi Maria (And others),

I've looked around in the forum settings and found that the 'common
word' frequency was set to 5% (if a word appears in that percentage of
posts it would be flagged as common). I've removed this limitation
(since we're still a relatively small forum I don't think it will give a
big performance penalty) and removed and recreated the search index. Now
searching for e.g. ProbABEL works.

It looks very nice and seems to use the same framework we use for
www.genabel.org (drupal).

It does, but this would mean we have to migrate our present forum to
that drupal module, which would be a lot of work and personally I don't
have the time for that.

That's a good suggestion. I think it could be added with this Drupal
module: http://drupal.org/project/google_cse

Color/macro: not sure this is easier for maintenance. Having separate forums sounds like a more straightforward solution form the user perspective.
