[GenABEL-dev] new topic for Journal Club

Hi Yurii,

so what will we do with "Methodology for prediction equations of phenotypic data" ? I
Will you open a new "The methodology forum"? If yes, and it needs time , I would suggest to write to Nicolas Guillemin explaining the delay with approval of her topic.. Just not to lose her trust
