[GenABEL-dev] new topic for Journal Club

Hi Maria,

I am not sure (yet) if this will develop into really methodological or
pure software-like discussion, in that I may think of follwoing this
up a bit before making the move. But this is really up to you.

Suman, you are probably the one who is in the best position to give
few references (GRIPS, PredictABEL, and few refs from Cecile) for this
person to start with.
