Hej,

I have a complete tutorial on the analysis of stratified data. It is ready and has been used during the workshop I organized in spring in Uppsala for LUPA Consortium members. The only problem is that the very nice and dataset that I have been using is a proprietary data and I did not get permission to use it prior to publication. Therefore, following Yurii's suggestion I have made an attempt to use HapMap data and simulate my own traits. Unfortunately, this dataset is not as nice illustrating complex stratification as my previous data. Next week I am going to start my on holidays, but I will post the version I have currently (HapMap) as soon as I am back (second week of September at the latest). I will appreciate your comments. If anyone has a highly stratified data with outliers and at least two levels of stratification that could be used, I will appreciate it highly. Best regards,
