[GenABEL-dev] Journal Club on Statistical Genomics

I think it may be good idea to advertise Journal Club forum at some
point (when there are few topics already, so may be in few weeks). We
can do that through: a) GenABEL-forum-announcements 2) genabel.org
News 3) Yurii's genabel mailing list (but last one together with, say,
release 1.6-6 announcement)... other ideas welcome.

I can also send e-mails to my good colleagues, some of whom has
already expressed an interest join the forum.

Mascha, if you'd like to use above option, we need to decide when we
want to advertise and we will need the content of advertisement.
