Dear Mascha,

I've been thinking about this. In principle you are right that we should
point the user to the forum quickly. Two questions remain for me:

1) Would a user with a question not be attracted to the 'support' link?
Maybe we should put the link to the forum more prominent on that page?

2) From an aesthetic point of view, do we want more primary links? It
present the primary links are shown both in the (vertical) menu on the
left, but also at the top of the page (horizontally). Do we have enough
horizontal space at the top to add another item?
Yurii, can tell you from google analytics data or something similar what
the smallest (reasonable) screen resolution is of our visitors? I made a
quick a screenshot of the webpage and with another item in the menu I'd
say the minimum horizontal number of pixels to view the links in one
line is ~1100.
