I'll need one or two days to prepare a good AMI (virtual machine disk
image) with a webserver, forum software, etc. After that we only need a
credit card number to register at Amazon and get started. I gues (but
I'm not sure) that once an AWS account has been created we can start the
VM right away. Once that is done, I'll need another day to configure the
forum and backups of the VM.
