[GenABEL-dev] user support mechanism

I agree. 

The question is then where do we host it? There are several
possibilities:
1) Get a hosting account somewhere.
2) Since our analysis server is accessible from the outside, I could set
up a virtual machine there specifically for the forum (and any other
GenABEL stuff that might come up). 
3) Set up a virtual machine in the cloud (e.g. at Amazon). 

Personally I like options 2 and 3. 
Option 2 has the advantage of being free. It will take a day to set it
up. 
Option 3 maybe the best idea. I think we need some experience with cloud
computing anyway. Furthermore, having the hosting independent of our own
server is better because then the forum will not be affected by
maintenance on our server. There will be a cost to this solution,
however. To start, though, we can try Amazon's free usage tier:
